Walk on waters

Have you ever dreamt of walking on the waters?

You can get to do this on the Caribbean Islands. Maybe not literally, but with the help of Water Toys. With these, you can engage in watersports that will spike your fun battery from zero to a hundred.

Some of the activities to do while boating includes kiteboarding, kayaking, water skiing, jet skiing, paddle boarding, and more. You came to the islands for an adventure, and here you have it.

You can enjoy these with friends and families and take your boating trip to the next level.

Party with the pigs

This activity may sound weird, but the best fun comes from doing things out of the regular. The Caribbean islands offer this rare adventure, particularly in Pig Beach, Bahamas.

These ‘beach pigs’ are in beautiful brown and pink colours and regularly come to the waters to cool off. Feeding these pigs and swimming with them can be a memorable experience for you and your family.

These pigs are friendly but may get hungry and chase after you for food. If you love the thrill of a hot chase, such a circumstance could be a plus.

Tourists within and outside the Caribbean islands love to come and swim with the beach pigs. For any moment you spend on the beach, you may think a party is happening.

Hike Gros Piton

Enough with the swimming; you should get off the waters for a moment.

Let’s move on to the historic 786-metre tall Gros Piton in St. Lucia.

This hike can take about 5 hours, and you earn a satisfying view of St. Lucia`s landscape as a reward for your long walk. This activity is one of the things you must enjoy while on the island.

After swimming and boating for a while, anchor your boat for a moment and enjoy your hike!

Swimming and snorkelling

Snorkelling

One may not enjoy the Caribbean Islands until they dive into the waters of the underworld.

Swimming with humans in the pool is fun, but how about enjoying the waves and sun in one of the most crystal clear waters in the world?

You can enjoy this activity with your family on your boating adventure even if you can’t swim. Just make sure to stay in the shallow waters. You can even collect some pretty shells you see as you snorkel.

Go fishing

You’ve been waiting for this; here it is! Anyone from any age group can go fishing irrespective of their experience level.

People who are entirely new to fishing could quickly learn this activity. It would be incredible to get your first fishing experience in the Caribbean islands, wouldn’t it?

You can enjoy this in the freshwater, river, and saltwater of the Caribbean. Get an extra load of adventure by going fishing.

Dine on a boat

Fine dining is one of the most refreshing and romantic things to do at night while on your boat.

You get to enjoy the fresh smell of the air, have a direct view of the stars in the sky, and listen to the silent whispers of the waves. I

f you are on the boat with loved ones, don’t you think it’s a means to have a beautiful and intimate moment over food?

You can get healthy and delectable foods to eat like fresh fish and local foods in any restaurant. This dining is one you will remember even at the end of your visit to the Caribbean Island.

Experience scuba diving

Where else is sweeter to enjoy scuba diving than in the most transparent waters? Suppose you have been curious to see the exotic tropical fishes and colourful reefs inside the deep waters.

In that case, why not dive in and check out the colourful fishes, sea turtles, reefs, and probably historic shipwrecks?

If you haven’t dived in before, you will need to learn basic swimming lessons. After this, your curiosity should grow enough to drive you to dive in.

Swim with stingrays

You could get off your boats and enter the sea to swim with stingrays.

This activity is one thing tourists love to do, and you can enjoy it on your adventure to the islands. The stingrays are equally friendly, so there is no cause for alarm.

You could feed them and enjoy your time in the sea with friends and families.

Enjoy the beach parties

Before you settle in for the night, lift your spirit with some live music and dancing by the beach.

The great thing is that you don’t do this on an empty stomach; there is plenty of food! Therefore, if you are a lover of good music, dance performances, and food, participate in one of these Full Moon Parties.

The presence of fire dancers and local stilt dancers spice up the whole charade.

There is also a trade fair where Caribbean artisan wares are sold. Hence, you have something unique to take back home and relish.

Go whale watching

Whale watching

Sometimes, you may only want to relax while observing beautiful sceneries in the cool of the day. How about watching the whales at Samana Bay?

It would be best to visit the island in mid-January and late March. Sighting a whale right before your eye can be a memorable experience you and your family or friends can enjoy.

You could practically hear the males singing in the water while trying to draw a female whale`s attention. It is something to feed your eyes while enjoying the cool of the waterside.

Final thoughts on your Caribbean Islands boating adventure

The Caribbean Islands is the home of natural adventure.

It has plenty of sights and activities that could give you memories that last a lifetime.

The ten listed activities above are just some of the exciting things you can try the next time you go on a boating adventure to the Caribbean Islands.

awesome post! I have such a vacation planned for winter and I personally already can’t wait! Boats are my huge weakness I enjoy spending time on them so much; getting a license was probably the best decision in my life.
